Elle s'explique sur son travail et sa façon de faire : ''The common theme throughout my work is my interest in the shapes, textures and colours found in nature. To me, the slow processes of coiling, pinching, raku firing and multiple glaze firings are ideal for expressing these interests. I find inspiration in volcanoes, fossils and geological formations, to name a few. The patterns found in aerial and satellite images of the earth, along with my photographs of my work’s glaze surfaces, help me to capture the abovementioned qualities.''
